Pass Guarantee

We're here to help you succeed. While Aviation Test Prep isn't meant to replace all your study materials, it's designed to make your prep more effective and build real confidence for test day. If you study on a Quarterly or Annual plan and still don't pass your FAA knowledge test, our Pass Guarantee gives you peace of mind: we'll extend your Premium access for three more months, free of charge, so you can keep studying and try again.

Which plans are covered

The Pass Guarantee is included with our Quarterly and Annual plans. It is one of the reasons to choose those plans over the monthly option. The Monthly plan is not eligible (there isn't enough study time in a single month to meet the criteria below).

Eligibility

To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you must:

• Have a paid Quarterly or Annual Premium subscription for at least 3 months.
• Have attempted all available practice questions at least once for the exam you're studying.
• Have maintained an 80% or higher cumulative average on your practice questions for that exam.
• Have failed the official FAA knowledge test for the exam you were studying (the same FAA test your subscription covers).

How to request the Pass Guarantee

If you didn't pass your exam, email support@aviationtestprep.com from the address on your account within 30 days of your exam date and include:

• A copy of your official exam results (Airman Knowledge Test Report) showing a failing score, the test name, and the date.
• The exam you were studying with us.

We verify your subscription length, full question-bank attempt, and 80%+ average directly from your account, so you don't need to send receipts or screenshots — we'll check it for you. Once your request is confirmed, we'll grant three more months of Premium access. Requests are reviewed manually — please allow a few business days. Aviation Test Prep reserves the right to update or modify this guarantee at any time.

Timing & exclusions

• Submit your request within 30 days of your failing test date.
• The free months apply to the same exam you were studying when you didn't pass.
• The Pass Guarantee may be used once per exam.
• The guarantee covers the FAA knowledge (written) test only — it does not cover oral, practical, or checkride outcomes.
• Accounts found to have gamed the criteria (for example, rapidly clicking through questions to inflate "attempted" counts or manipulating averages) are not eligible.
• The Pass Guarantee is a retry-time remedy (extra months of access) — not a refund or money-back offer. All Premium plans are cancel-anytime from Settings → Billing.

We can't and don't guarantee a passing score — the Pass Guarantee simply gives diligent students more time to study on us if their exam doesn't go their way. We may update these terms prospectively; the version in effect when you took your test applies to your claim.
