You can permanently delete your Aviation Test Prep account and all associated data at any time. There are three ways to do it.
1. In the mobile app
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
2. On the web
Sign in at aviationtestprep.com → Settings → Account → Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm.
3. By email
If you can't access your account, email privacy@aviationtestprep.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify and process the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login (email, name).
- All study data — progress, quiz results, stats, Smart Review history, flags, streaks.
- Your community posts, comments, and messages.
- App settings and preferences.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled when you delete; purchases are non-refundable.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (for example, payment/invoice records held by our payment processor and accounting system). These do not include your study data and are kept only as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
