Crew Resource Management
What is crew resource management?

Crew Resource Management (CRM) is the effective use of all available resources—human, hardware, and information—to make safe, sound decisions in the flight deck. Originally developed by the airline industry to reduce human-factors-related accidents, it applies team management concepts to coordinate the entire crew. Think of it as making the most of everyone and everything onboard, not just relying on a single pilot's skill.
