What is chart supplements?
Chart Supplements are official FAA booklets listing detailed information about public-use airports, seaplane bases, heliports, and selected military and private facilities, including communications frequencies, navigation aids, weather sources, airspace notes, and airport diagrams. Pilots use them as a reference to look up specific airport data not shown on aeronautical charts.
