Single-Pilot Resource Management (SRM) is the art of managing all available resources—human, hardware, and information—when you're the only pilot in the cockpit. It's the solo-pilot version of crew resource management, applying those same teamwork and decision-making skills when there's no crew to help. Think of it as: even flying alone, you still have a "team" to manage—the autopilot, charts, air traffic control, passengers, and yourself.
