How SRM Works in Practice
The single pilot's greatest resource limitation is simple: there is only one brain. Every task that a two-pilot crew distributes between two people falls entirely on the SRM pilot. The goal is to complete low-priority tasks during low-workload phases of flight (cruise) so that high-workload phases (approach, landing, emergencies) are free for the tasks that matter most.
Workload management begins on the ground.
